- Submit applications within 90 days of completed installation or certificate of occupancy (new construction).
- Heat pump dryer model must be Energy Star rated. Visit www.energystar.gov to verify.
- Installations must take place in LPEA’s service territory.
2026 Income Qualification Limits
We know the cost of living is pretty high around here, so we're offering added savings for our income-qualified members who earn up to 150% of the area median income (AMI).
To be eligible for an income-qualified rebate, you must register through the Colorado Energy Office and receive a confirmation email from them verifying your income status.

- Applications typically take 8-10 weeks to process and are remitted as a bill credit.
- If you are applying for an income-qualified rebate, you must register through the Colorado Energy Office and receive a confirmation email from them verifying your income status.
