Processing Time

Please contact us at least 48 business hours before the effective date. Our business hours are Monday-Thursday 7 A.M. - 6 P.M. While LPEA strives to provide next-day service, occasionally additional time is needed.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to start your account.

Proof of Identity

For your protection, we must verify your identity before establishing an account.  A soft credit check can be processed to verify your identification and determine if a deposit will be added to your account.  The credit check will not impact your credit score.
