Public or Commercial EV Charging Stations Rebates – Commercial

Rebates available for business and public use charging stations are as follows: 

• Public Level 2 Charger – up to $2,000  (not to exceed 50% of cost) 
• Public Level 3 DCFC Charger – $3,000-$7,500 (not to exceed 50% of cost) 
• Must be publicly available and have the ability to collect data and fees 

Please contact LPEA regarding Public or Commercial Charging rebates before beginning any work at rebates@lpea.coop. 

Business or commercial EV chargers that are not available for public use and/or do not have the ability to collect data and fees are eligible for two rebate options.   

Option 1: Chargers programmed to avoid charging during LPEA’s peak hours are eligible for rebate up to 100% of charger cost (up to $500) and 50% of install costs (up to $500).  See residential charging rebate for more information. 

Option 2: Chargers NOT programmed to avoid charging during LPEA’s peak hours are eligible for up to $250 rebate ($125 for charger & $125 for install) not to exceed 50% of cost.
