Income-Qualified Weatherization Rebates
In partnership with Energy Outreach Colorado and Tri-State, LPEA helps fund Colorado’s Affordable Residential Energy Program (CARE) for our income-qualified members to receive weatherization services and energy efficiency upgrades to their homes.
This program is provided at no cost to qualified members. LPEA helps fund 4CORE's (Four Corners Office for Resource Efficiency) administration of this program locally in LPEA’s service territory.
