New e-bikes with only electric motors ≤750 Watts and fully operable pedals

E-bike must be certified to UL 2849, UL 2271, or EN 15194

Must have two or three wheels and may be an “adaptive” e-bike

May be any class of e-bike (per state of Colorado definitions)

No minimum or maximum purchase price

  • Maximum combined rebate per member per year is $250  
  • Maximum E-bike MSRP: $2000 
  • Limit one rebate per equipment type per year. (Limit 2 E-bikes per year)

  • Include copies or photos of the receipts for all purchases.  
  • Applications typically take 8-10 weeks to process and are remitted as a bill credit. 
  • LPEA rebates are typically provided to a person or business listed on the LPEA account. If you are assigning your rebate to an entity or person not listed on the LPEA account you must click ‘Reassign my rebate’  in the application below and provide the required info OR complete the LPEA Rebate Reassignment Form linked at the bottom of this page and attach the completed form as an additional attachment
