Voting for Your Board Representative Just Got Easier!
As our 2025 Board of Director elections approach, we’re excited to announce that this year we are joining co-ops across Colorado and giving our members the opportunity to vote online. This new voting option will be facilitated through Survey & Ballot Systems and will be available exclusively through our SmartHub platform, ensuring a secure and accurate process for all participants.
By offering the option for online voting we hope to increase accessibility and participation in our Board elections. Paper ballots will still be mailed, so members can choose how they want to vote.
We understand how important it is for every member to have a voice in the decisions that impact our co-op. Online voting through SmartHub gives our members another secure and convenient option for making their voices heard.
