Focus: Wildfire Mitigation
At LPEA, our commitment goes beyond powering homes and businesses—we are dedicated to protecting the communities we serve. Beginning in 2026, LPEA is focusing its entire sponsorship program on wildfire mitigation, one of the greatest threats to public safety, electric reliability, and the landscapes our region depends on.
This program is intended for nonprofit partners whose work directly supports wildfire prevention, emergency response readiness, and community resilience. Because this is a focused initiative, a limited number of sponsorships are available.
LPEA’s 2026 Sponsorship Focus Includes:
- Reducing wildfire risk near homes, electric infrastructure, and critical corridors
- Strengthening emergency response through first-responder preparedness and protection
- Protecting forests and watersheds through proactive, prevention-based efforts
Is This the Right Program for Your Organization?
If your organization’s work directly aligns with wildfire mitigation or related safety and resilience outcomes, you may apply through the sponsorship form below.
- Submit applications at least four weeks before your event or project.
- Approved sponsorships are typically processed within one to two weeks.
Looking for General Community Funding?
Over the past several years, LPEA’s sponsorships supported STEM education, youth development, and community events. These initiatives—and many nonprofit partners—will continue to be supported through the Round Up Foundation.
