Tri-State Managers:

Attached is a letter I am sending on behalf of LPEA, DMEA and United Power asking Tri-State G&T cooperative managers to sign on to a letter to Tri-State G&T CEO Duane Highley, (within the attachment), that asks Tri-State G&T to slow down this process to rush into Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regulation.  There are many questions, some of them originating with some of your comments at Thursday’s webinar on this.  Please let me know if I can include your name on the letter to Duane Highley by Wednesday, June 19.
