- Submit applications within 90 days of completed installation or certificate of occupancy (new construction).
- ETS heater must be controlled by timers or a master control system.
- Installations must take place in LPEA’s service territory.
- Must be a new or replacement installation.
- Minimum 1 kW (1,000 watts) capacity heater.
- A timing device is required for the use of off-peak hours.
- PLC Connect timing devices will requireWi-Fi Access for proper programming.
- LPEA reserves the right to inspect installations.
- ETS rebates are available while funds last.

- If you are applying for an income-qualified rebate, you must complete the self-attestation form linked here and include it as an additional attachment with your rebate application.
- LPEA rebates are typically provided to a person or business listed on the LPEA account. If you are assigning your rebate to an entity or person not listed on the LPEA account you must click ‘Reassign my rebate’ in the application below and provide the required info OR complete the LPEA Rebate Reassignment Form linked at the bottom of this page and attach the completed form as an additional attachment
