Elizabeth Howe is the Chief Operating Officer at La Plata Electric Association, leading utility business operations with an emphasis on safety, reliability, workforce development, and community impact. She previously spent three decades in ski area operations, including COO at Mountain Capital Partners and executive roles at Vail and Telluride, experiences that honed her skills in running complex, customer-centric operations. Elizabeth is pursuing her MBA at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business and is known for purpose-driven leadership, organizational efficiency, and delivering results for LPEA’s members.
