Youth Tour
LPEA and other rural electric cooperatives across the nation are helping develop tomorrow's brightest leaders. LPEA engages local youth by supporting their participation in the Electric Cooperative Youth Tour in Washington, D.C. Students can build resumes, craft new friendships, and develop essential skills to become leaders in their communities, school, and among their peers. The youth trip also teaches the importance of cooperatives and their principles while allowing students to discover the additional levels of the electric cooperative world beyond our service territory.

We are committed to promoting electrical safety awareness in an engaging and interactive manner.
