The State of Colorado's Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate (HEAR) funds are going fast! Only enough funds remain for about 300 homes outside of the Front Range.
Through the HEAR Program, eligible households may receive rebates of up to $14,000 for energy-efficient home improvements. Rebates are available to both homeowners and renters, and are income-qualified, with eligibility extending to households earning up to 150% of Area Median Income (that’s up to $153,000 for a family of four in Archuleta County).
