Jerry Sutherlin is the Vice President of Distribution, overseeing all of LPEA’s operations in La Plata County, including new construction, maintenance, and outage restoration. He began his career with LPEA as a temporary employee while attending college in 2000. Since then, he has worn many hats at LPEA, including equipment operator, foreman, and serviceman. Jerry was promoted to Vice President in July 2020. In his free time, Jerry is a well-known local musician and also enjoys hunting and spending time with his three children.
