LPEA 2021 member satisfaction survey begins in August

To gauge member satisfaction and better serve our members in the future, LPEA’s biennial membership satisfaction survey will kick off in August.

LPEA is again partnering with the market research arm of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) to survey a sampling of households in La Plata and Archuleta Counties. More than 400 households will be selected at random to participate in either an online or telephone survey. All information is strictly confidential.

If you are contacted to take part in this survey, we would greatly appreciate your participation. The entire process will take 10-12 minutes and is essential for us to better understand the diverse needs of our membership and gauge how we are doing as an organization.
