Due to a programming error, your most recent LPEA statement (or statements for those with multiple accounts) MAY have listed your Current Charges Due as $0.00 on the tear-off portion of the bill. If this is the case, please know that everything else on the statement is correct, including the Total Amount Due in the top circle and information on your average daily use and energy use comparisons.

Please review your bill carefully and pay the amount listed in the Total Amount Due circle at the top of the statement. If you are on AutoPay or Budget Billing, you will NOT be impacted, as your account will be drafted for the correct amount due.
