You are hereby notified that the above-named cooperative utility will make the following changes in its rates, rules and regulations to become effective January 1, 2019.

The La Plata Electric Association, Inc., Board of Directors approved the above rate changes by passing Resolution 2018-11 at its November 14, 2018, regular Board meeting. Consumers who have questions concerning any of the changes may call La Plata Electric at (970) 247-5786. Anyone who desires to complain about the changes may file a written complaint with La Plata Electric Association, P. O. Box 2750, Durango, Colorado 81302 pursuant to Board Policies 363 and 364.

 

This notice is published pursuant to C.R.S. Section 40-9.5-106 and Board Policy 364. Under the statute, this public notice is provided at least 30 days before the new rates will take effect on January 1, 2019.
