ORIGINAL NOTICE:

We're committed to ensuring our services are top-notch, and sometimes that requires a bit of behind-the-scenes work. We want to inform you about a necessary upgrade that's right around the corner. 

What's Going On? 

We're sprucing up a crucial part of our system — it's like a wellness check-up for our server. 

When Is This Happening? 

Monday, October 30th, and Tuesday, October 31st. This update requires some downtime for specific services during these two days. 

What Does This Mean for You? 

Here's the good news: your power will stay on! This update doesn't affect electricity delivery. However, services like meter readings, remote connections/disconnections, or outage notifications will take a short break. Most members will hardly notice. 

If you experience an electric outage in your service during normal business hours, call our member service team at 970-247-5786, and select option #0. If after hours., call 970-247-5786 and select option #5 to speak to one of our team members in Dispatch. 

Bad Weather Plan: 

Your safety is paramount. If stormy weather is on the horizon, we'll reschedule the upgrade to ensure you're not left in the dark about any potential service disruptions.
