The Lineman's Rodeo serves as a powerful demonstration of how cooperatives work together, sharing knowledge and best practices that enhance service reliability for all our members. Think of it as the Olympics for electrical workers, where competitions mirror the challenging tasks our crews face while maintaining your power. 

Our team participated in several events that reinforced crucial safety protocols and technical skills:

• Pole Climbing: Mastering essential skills for reliable power restoration
