LPEA Member Engagement Committee
On June 17, 2026, the LPEA Board of Directors approved the creation of the Member Engagement Committee to (a) review member communications and feedback programs, mechanisms, and methodologies, and recommend to the Board related strategic enhancements or alterations; (b) review member engagement Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and provide relevant recommendations to the Board for alteration or adoption; (c) analyze nationwide Cooperative member engagement best practices to utilize for possible benchmarking in any enhancement recommendations made to the Board; (d) review "loop-closing" practices and methodologies arising from member engagement/member input and programs; and (e) make recommendations to the Board of Directors for approval of strategic member engagement policies, programs, budgets, communications, or other member engagement items that are related to the Cooperative and to upholding the Cooperative principles.
